Contest Rules

UBaBunny2 ("CONTEST")

These Official Contest Rules and Regulations (the "Rules") are applicable to all versions of the Contest, which are being administered in conjunction with Astral Media Radio G.P. ("Astral") and its participating radio stations (the "Station(s)") across Canada. The sponsor of this Contest is The Allan Candy Company Limited (the "Sponsor"). There will be one (1) Contest administered in relation to the listening area (as measured by the Bureau of Broadcast Measurement) of each Station (the "Region(s)").

1. CONTEST PERIOD:

Contest begins on March 8, 2010 at 12:00:01 a.m. Region local time and ends on March 28, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. Region local time (the " Contest Period").

2. ELIGIBILITY:

Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who: (i) are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; and (ii) live within the Region of the local Station offering the Contest; except employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not) of the Sponsor, Astral, their respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotional agencies, prize suppliers and the Contest judges or other suppliers providing materials or services in connection with this Contest (collectively, the "Contest Parties").

3. HOW TO ENTER:

No purchase necessary. To enter, go to the Station website for your Region, click on the "UBaBunny2" link and you will be redirected to the UBaBunny2 website (the "Website"). Once on the Website, follow the on-screen instructions to complete your financial contribution (the " Contribution") to The Children's Miracle Network. There is no minimum or maximum financial limitation on your Contribution. Your Contribution will be processed through PayPal and will require a valid credit card to process. Once your Contribution has been successfully completed, you will automatically receive one (1) entry (the "Entry") in the random grand prize draw (see Rule 5 below). There is no limit to the number of Entries per person, and you will receive one (1) Entry for each Contribution made during the Contest Period. Contributions are not eligible for tax receipts.

When you complete your first Contribution, you will be thanked by notification of a randomly generated amount of Lilliput™ milk chocolate Easter eggs (no less than a total of 100 eggs). The Lilliput™ eggs can be picked up at the Station by providing proof of identification. Please wait at least 24 hours after receipt of your Pay Pal contribution receipt before coming to the Stationto claim your eggs (note: Station will only print off the contribution list once daily). Any further Contributions will result in receipt of an additional one hundred (100) eggs for each Contribution received during the Contest Period. The Lilliput™ eggs must be claimed within 30 days of original Contribution date (otherwise they will be forfeited in their entirety).

To enter the random grand prize draw without making a contribution, click on "so enter today to win" link and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your entry. All entries must be received by the Sponsor by no later than March 28, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. in order to be eligible. You will receive one (1) entry in the random grand prize draw (see Rule 5 below) for each entry you submit (in accordance with these Rules).

4. GRAND PRIZES:

There will be one (1) grand prize available to be won in each Region, consisting of visit to your home by the Allan Easter Bunny to deliver an Easter Basket of Allan Easter chocolate products; with an approximate retail prize value of $99.99 (the "Grand Prize(s) "). The Grand Prize visits are currently scheduled to take place on or before April 3, 2010. If you are unable (for any reason) to accept the Grand Prize visit at the time designated by the Sponsor, then the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Each Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash. No substitutions except at Sponsor's option. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Grand Prize or a component thereof with one of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but at Sponsor's sole discretion, a cash award. Grand Prizes will only be awarded to the person whose full name and valid email address appears on the entry form associated with the Contribution.

5. DRAW AND WINNER SELECTION:

On March 29, 2010 (the "Draw Date") in each Region no later than 11:59:59 p.m. local time, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from among all eligible entries received in that Region during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in each Region. The Sponsor or its designated representative will make a maximum of three (3) attempts to contact each selected entrant by telephone or email within twenty-four (24) hours of the Draw Date. If: (i) a selected entrant cannot be contacted within three (3) attempts or within twenty-four (24) hours of the Draw Date (whichever occurs first); or (ii) there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then that selected entrant will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible entries in that Region. Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant will be required to: (a) correctly answer a mathematical skill- testing question without mechanical or other aid; and (b) sign (and have his/her parent/legal guardian sign if he/she is under the age of majority in his/her province/territory of residence) and return the Sponsor's declaration and release form, which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules and acceptance of the Grand Prize as awarded; (ii) releases the Contest Parties and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (the " Releasees") from any liability in connection with this Contest, the selected entrant's participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Grand Prize or any portion thereof; and (iii) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the Internet. If a selected entrant: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; or (b) fails to return the properly executed Contest documents within the specified time, then he/she will be disqualified and will forfeit their Grand Prize and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible entries in that Region.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

All entries become the property of the Sponsor, which assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete or misdirected entries. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of entries.

The Releasees will not be liable for any failure of the Website during the Contest; for any technical malfunction or other problems relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; for the failure of any entry to be received by the Contest Parties for any reason including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or any combination of the above. Further, the Releasees will not be liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading any material in the Contest.

In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an Entry, Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of making the Contribution. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected Entry. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid Entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s).

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw or amend this Contest in any way, in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Rules without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error or any kind.

By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with his/her entry only for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, at www.ubabunny2.com unless the entrant otherwise agrees.
